🎮 Bot Status

Sets what the bot shows on its own profile, e.g. "Playing with Wordle". Applies instantly, no restart needed.

🛡️ Verification System

Global config shared by every server. The verify site is a separate static page (own domain) you host yourself — it calls api/verify.php on this dashboard to run the checks. Per-server role/channel/requirements are set in each server's own dashboard, under the Verification tab.

🧠 Pearly AI

Global config shared by every server. Each server picks its own AI channel under its own dashboard's "Pearly AI" tab — this is just the API key and the shared personality/instructions.

Custom identity Pearly AI posts under. Only takes effect on servers that also set a webhook URL for the AI channel (per-server, under that server's own dashboard → "Pearly AI" tab) — without a webhook, it posts as the bot's normal account instead.

🐱 Long Cat — Game Images

Image URLs for the Long Cat game. These apply to all servers. Paste a direct image URL (https://...).

⭐ Premium Configuration
Requirements: member of the configured Nerimity server + level 5 or higher.
Benefits: custom role + icon on Nerimity, faster support, priority on ideas, Premium dashboard features.
🌐 Cross-Server Access
Show all servers' settings to me When enabled, every server Pearl Bot is on appears below your own servers in the dashboard sidebar, and you can view/edit their settings exactly as the owner would.
🚧 Maintenance Break
Redirect everyone to the maintenance page While enabled, anyone who isn't you gets sent to maintenance.html when they open the dashboard. It clears itself automatically once you turn this off.
📝 Questionnaires
Shown as a popup on the dashboard. Users can dismiss for 24h ("I don't want to answer") or complete it once — completed questionnaires never show again for that user, but you can still create other ones that will show separately.

Responses

📦 Changelog
Published changelogs are shown as a popup to anyone opening the dashboard for the first time since it was posted, and can also be reopened anytime from the server list page.
📝 Nerimity Posts
Post directly to Pearl Bot's Nerimity profile feed. Supports # Heading, ## Subheading, **bold**, and colored text.

🖼️ Welcome/Goodbye Backgrounds
The gallery servers can pick from when building their Welcome/Goodbye image card. Mark any image Premium-only to restrict it, or hide it to pull it from the gallery without deleting it (existing servers using a hidden background keep it; it just can't be newly selected).
🛡️ Image Moderation — global NSFW filter …
Always on for every server — servers can't switch it off. Every image / GIF attachment is checked by the active provider below. When a category fires, the whole message is deleted and a report appears further down. If the API is down, the key is missing or the limit is reached, images are let through (fail-open).
Each provider keeps its own key, limit and rules, so you can switch at any time (takes effect within ~30 s).
modops.ai
OpenAI omni-moderation
Limits of this provider: for images OpenAI only scores sexual, violence, violence/graphic and self-harm. There is no child-safety category for images (sexual/minors is text-only), so the critical escalation does not exist here — and OpenAI asks not to send known or suspected CSAM to this API. For a filter that sees uploads from every server, modops is the safer choice; consider turning off “Keep a copy of flagged images” below when using OpenAI.
Keep a (blurred) copy of flagged images for review (never done for critical modops categories)
Pause the filter globally (emergency switch — for outages or an empty quota)
modops critical override: csam, grooming, or minor-presence together with any sexual category are always deleted whatever the rules say — and the image is never stored. minor-presence alone is normally set to Ignore (it would flag every photo of a young person); it is only used to escalate.
🧪 Test the filter — upload an image
Drop an image here and it goes through the filter exactly like one posted on a server: same provider, key, limits and rules, counted in the same quota. If a category fires, a normal report appears under Flagged images (server “Admin test upload”) and you can mark it safe / NSFW like any other. Nothing is posted to or deleted on Nerimity, and the “known image” cache is skipped so you can test the same picture again.
Only upload images you are allowed to handle. If you ever come across suspected child sexual abuse material, don't upload it anywhere — report it to the authorities (in the Czech Republic: Stopline.cz).
Click to choose or drop an image here (PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP · max 8 MB)
Create a report even if nothing fires
📧 E-mail notifications for new reports …
A short e-mail (never with the image) is sent when new reports appear under Flagged images. Sending goes through Resend (HTTPS API, no SMTP). Create a free account at resend.com with the address that should receive the mails, make an API key (re_…) and paste it below. Without a key the site falls back to PHP mail(), which many hosts silently drop.
Reports created by the bot on real servers are picked up by a scheduled ping of the URL below (every 1–5 min via a hosting cron job or cron-job.org). Test uploads from this page are mailed immediately.

🚫 IP Bans — all servers
Every IP ban across every server Pearl Bot is on. A row turns red when the same person is IP-banned on 2+ servers (shown once per server, grouped together). A row turns orange when a server's moderator flagged it for your attention — both can apply at once.
"Ban on all servers" bans the account and blocks the IP everywhere Pearl Bot is present — use only on serious, confirmed abuse (e.g. confirmed ban-evasion), since it can't be selectively undone per server.
